Lindert Steegen is a multidisciplinary artist and designer from Belgium, currently living and working in Brussels. You can find his studio in LaVallée, Molenbeek. Lindert – also referred to as LS – believes that art is and should be for everyone. After graduating with a master’s degree in graphic design and a background in architecture, he found that his true passion lies in transforming spaces and places through art.Within his practice, he tries to have a positive impact on people’s daily lives, to evoke joy and to make them reflect. His work exists in a balance between the abstract and the figurative while using bold colors. Portraying these ideas on to a range of different mediums, from murals to sculpture, from objects to paintings.
