Located in the small town of Eigenbilzen, one of my first murals rejuvenates the elementary school ‘De Breg’. Before the metamorphose, the 7,8 x 9 m rear façade facing the playground was shabby. The mural enlivens and integrates the schoolyard and the close surroundings by encompassing colourful natural and urban allusions to Eigenbilzen. The design embodies significant parts of the city: the nearby church, the bridge with the tracks underneath it and the canal.
